Join us for our Annual Plant Sale and Swap!

Sunday, May 19th, 2024

10am – 2pm

at VCIH, on Goddard College campus, Plainfield, VT

Free to attend and swap…bring cash, check or card to make outright purchases.

We welcome medicinal and culinary herbs, shrubs, flowers and veggies!

Join us for this super sweet event that many folks look forward to each year. It’s a great chance to get your own gardens started or to thin perennials or starts out of your existing beds.

It’s also a fundraiser for VCIH, as folks can buy plants outright. Our own gardens will be providing some seedlings and divisions, but we count on contributions from all of you to diversify and bulk up the offerings.

If you’d like to make outright donations of plants for us to sell:
Please bring well-watered and labeled donations to VCIH on Tuesday, May 14th or Thursday, May 16th, between 10 am and 2 pm. Just check in before you plan to leave your plants (call 802-224-7100 or email info@vtherbcenter.org).

For swapping:
If you are interested in swapping for new plants, we’d love for you to bring your plants early! You can bring them Tuesday, May 14th or Thursday, May 16th, 10 am – 2 pm. When you drop off you’ll receive tickets for your plants–just be sure to be in touch before you come so we’ll know to expect you!

You can then exchange your tickets at the swap on 5/19.

You can also bring plants by from 9 am-10 am on 5/19, but we would really prefer to have them sooner. It makes the day go much more smoothly.

For purchasing:
Just bring your cash, check, or card to the sale and get ready to shop!

Please be in touch via info@vtherbcenter.org with any questions!

We’ll see you there!

P.S. Please label your pots clearly and be careful not to bring in any busy-body hitchhikers, like gout weed!

**In-person, outdoor event. No rain date, as we have an event tent for cover.**
