There are many benefits of getting to know the plants that grow locally! In this class, we will look at herbs that grow right outside your door, in the local woods and meadows and learn their actions and common traditional uses along with some simple and effective recipes. Important tools to gain confidence in plant identification as well as safety concerns will also be discussed.
