Stressed out? Learn about herbs to calm and soothe your nerves. We will also discuss other relaxation techniques, such as Emotional Freedom Technique, and will talk briefly about the ways that stress can affect your body.

Shona has studied herbs for 25 years, is a graduate of The Rocky Mountain School of Botanical Studies, and has had a clinical practice for 19 years. She has worked at VCIH for nearly six years.
