Herbs for Children and Picky Eaters

In this class we will explore the use of common culinary herbs and backyard medicinal plants in simple, wholesome meals, beverages and condiments. Participants will learn basic uses for the plants and will work together, hands-on, in small groups to prepare simple recipes created by Justine with the purpose of integrating these herbs into familiar dishes with familiar flavors for the more picky eater. Participants will go home with samples as well as the recipes covered in the class.
