Fun With Ferments: Learn The Basics of Lacto Fermentation.

We’ll touch a bit of the history of why we have Lacto Fermented food, explore why the good bacteria created in fermented foods is important for bolstering our digestion, strengthen our immune system and add to our over all well being.  We will create a simple Lacto Ferment in the the class as well as go over some recipes that can be tried at home by the class participants.
