Somatic and Herbal Support for Mental Health

Thursday, May 20, 6-8 pm ET

Online via Zoom

In this two hour workshop, we’ll talk about supporting clients living with anxiety, depression, and PTSD / CPTSD through somatic tools and nervous system regulating protocols. We’ll talk about how cortisol dysregulation impacts energy, mood, sleep, and hunger, how that shows up in clients, and how aromatic nervines, bitters, and adaptogens can invite the body back into rhythms that engender a grounded vitality.  We’ll cover dosage and formulation considerations, as well as helping clients create a long term, realistic plan. This class is aimed at folks working with clients, or hoping to in the near future.
