Wednesday, April 6, 6:30-8 pm
Online via Zoom
Give your glorious home-grown, foraged, and farm-fresh herbs the treatment they deserve! Use vinegars to preserve, extract, and exalt the flavors and medicine of fresh plants. In this class we will explore the inherent medicinal magic of vinegar (with a special focus on apple cider vinegar) and how best to use this menstruum to make nonalcoholic formulas that are potent and pleasurable to take. This class is suitable for the novice kitchen witch as well as experienced medicine makers looking to expand their offerings.
