includes tea and treats and a personal tea blend to take home

There are few things in this world as deeply nourishing as a good cup of tea, and there are many approaches to creating an effective and delightful blend. Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Western practices all have valuable strategies to offer, and learning the methodology of a few key practices can help us form our own unique approach to creating that perfect blend. Together we’ll explore how to formulate teas for a specific intention, as well as for a specific taste profile. This hands-on class will indulge your senses as we sample a few key flavors, adding ingredients based on constitution, action, and aesthetic. We will go over some popular combinations as well as some lesser-known pairings. Find what makes your perfect blend and what you can grow in your own garden.

Teas and treats (with a GF option) will be served and each participant will leave with their own 8 oz. bag of loose tea. Bring your mothers and friends or enjoy a solo afternoon of sipping, snacking and all around loveliness!
