with Tessa Micaela

Wednesday, October 2, 6 – 8 pm

members $23 / non-members $25 (includes $5 materials fee)

Bottom steams are traditional practices of hydrotherapy for nourishing, cleansing and relaxing the pelvis. The ritual of bottom steaming has been used for menstrual cramps, hemorrhoids, inflamed tissues, hormone imbalances, low libido, pelvic stagnation, tension, pain, as well as energetically for pelvic trauma, pregnancy loss, and reconnection to center. With a focus on generative health and body positivity, this class will introduce herbs, strategies and rituals for bottom steaming and include a build-your-own herbal blend to use at home. All bodies and genders are welcome.
