Herbal Support for Headaches and Migraines

Thursday, January 13, 6-8 pm ET.

Online via Zoom

Migraines are a very common and debilitating wellness concern. This class will delve into the latest scientific research on migraine headaches and discuss herbal and other holistic strategies for prevention and addressing symptoms such as pain, tension, nausea and hypersensitivity. This class will draw heavily from my own clinical experience as well as my personal history as someone who lives with chronic headaches and migraines. Class attendees will be provided with a handout about holistic nutrition for headache and migraine prevention as well as a fact-sheet on commonly prescribed migraine medications and the potential for herb-drug interactions.
